Hi James,

I came across your site rather sporadically. I think you've done a great service. I'm currently a first year medical student, and I hope that following residency, I'll be able to work for an agency or NGO like MSF each year. Ideally, I'd like to commit at least 3-6 months with MSF, and work the remaining time in the U.S.. Do you think this arrangement is in any way possible? Have you heard of other physicians who have managed something similar?

Thanks so much,
Shaji
